Mark Labbett’s father-in-law denies claims his daughter cheated on The Chase star

The Chase star Mark Labbett’s wife has been accused of cheating on him with a sexy young hunk.

Katie, 26, has been married to Mark – known on the ITV show as the Beast – since 2014.

According to The Sun On Sunday, Katie, who is Mark’s second cousin, is alleged to have been involved with another man named Scott Bate, 28.

The pair are even reported to have enjoyed a holiday together in Capri last June behind Mark’s back.

Metal film worker Scott also changed his Facebook profile picture to a photo of them together.

A source told the publication: “Scott and Katie have been seeing each other since 2017.

“He introduced her to friends in December that year.

“It took a while for people to realise who she was and that she was married.

“Then one of Scott’s friends confronted her and she got angry about it.”

They added: “She appeared on Loose Women with Mark and people started sending a clip around when they twigged who she was.

“People don’t think it’s right and think her behaviour is unfair on Mark — and Scott.”

In Facebook pictures obtained by The Sun which have since been deleted, Scott and Katie appeared to look cosy during several days together.

One photo showed the pair tasting beer in front of a waterfall.

A second snap shared by Scott on Valentine’s Day 2-18, the duo enjoyed a night out on the town.

However, Katie’s open profile did not show any photos of them together this week.

However, The Sun has since approached the parties for comment and Katie’s father reportedly shot down the rumours, telling them: “She’s not in another relationship.”

Meanwhile, Scott told The Sun that it was “no surprise” that his relationship with Katie was being talked about in Hereford.

But he added: “I don’t want to comment. You will have to speak to her about it.”

Daily Star Online have contacted a representative for Mark for comment.
