She’s one of Hollywood’s most beautiful actresses.
But Margot Robbie recently voiced her dislike for the descriptor ‘bombshell’ in the July issue of Vogue, which is released on Thursday.
‘I hate that word. I hate it—so much,’ said the 28-year-old Suicide Squad star.

When told it’s nearly impossible to find an article about her where she isn’t described as a ‘bombshell,’ the blonde quickly spoke up on how much she despises that word.

‘I hate that word. I hate it—so much,’ she said.
‘I feel like a brat saying that because there are worse things, but I’m not a bombshell. I’m not someone who walks in a room and the record stops and people turn like, “Look at that woman.” That doesn’t happen,’ she told Vogue.
‘People who know me, if they had to sum me up in one word I don’t know what that word would be, but I’m certain it would not be bombshell,’ the talent finished.
While she became a household name as the woman every man wanted in The Wolf Of Wall Street, the actress quickly broke out of her typecast to play more nitty gritty roles.

Robbie is next starring as actress Sharon Tate opposite Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.
‘It was such a strange challenge,’ the star said in her Vogue cover story.
‘I find it much easier to go dark and angry. With Tonya [Harding from I, Tonya], I wanted to go really heavy, almost like she had weights on her feet. This time I was trying to do the reverse.’

Tate was the star of films such as 1967’s Valley Of The Dolls before she was murdered at her home in LA in 1969 at the age of 26 by members of the Mansion family.
Also in the issue, Robbie revealed how she boldly mailed director Quentin Tarantino a letter in order to first get his attention.
‘I wrote him and said, “I adore your films, and I would love to work with you in some capacity. Or any capacity,”‘ she said.

Margot will also reprise her role as Harley Quinn for Birds of Prey, a spin-off of 2016’s Suicide Squad, where she plays a former psychologist turned super villain who falls for the Joker.
Continuing to make a name for herself, Margot is actually the powerhouse behind the sequel as she developed and pitched it herself to Warner Bros. as an R-rated, female-led action film.
Robbie owns production company LuckyChap Entertainment with her husband, Tom Ackerly.

‘I think there’s a perception that a PG female-led action film is kind of considered a chick flick,’ Robbie said about the movie.
When the article’s writer asked Nicole Kidman, another Australian-American actress about Robbie’s success in the world of producing, she said, ‘I didn’t have the opportunity to produce my own things or control my destiny like that. So that is definitely different.’
For the magazine’s front page, the triple threat looked natural with her hair swept into an updo and wearing a low cut green blazer.

Robbie was as effortlessly chic as always on the cover.
She held the collar of her jacket, a military green colored top with rectangular diamond gemstones lining the hem and pockets, for the shot.
Her blonde locks were thrown up into a messy bun with strands falling freely across her face for a sultry look.
Another photo for the glamorous issue highlighted Robbie in a blue silk outfit that ruffled around the top.
Her hair was crimped and blown out in a messy, natural style.

The Academy Award nominee’s makeup featured a striking winged eyeliner and a touch of brown eye shadow.
The image was flawless and while Robbie is known for turning heads, the Australian actress claimed in her interview with the publication that she tends to see herself in a different light.
Proving she isn’t all glitz and glam, another photograph of Margot showed her in a dark colored suit.
Her hair was switched up for a brunette pixie cut with some length near the end, which was visible in the image where she stood profile to the camera.

Robbie threw one hand up in a stern expression as she frowned while looking downwards.
Getting into character is an aspect of Margot’s job she heavily embraces.
Adding to the unique shots in the issue was one of Robbie wearing a brown dress and green gloves as if she had just stepped straight out of the 1920s.
She wrapped her arms around herself while tilting her head back mid laugh as she donned an extravagant, sheer black head piece that stood straight up. The lavish look was added on by dangling gold earrings with emerald accents.
Last but not least was a black and white image of the starlet, laying stomach down on a light colored couch. For the vintage look, Margot wore a sequined shirt and had dozens of pearl necklaces wrapped around her.
Margot’s hair was slicked backwards into a low bun.
Outside of Birds, Margot also has numerous other projects in the works. From appearing in upcoming films, Ruin and Marian, along with another 50 plus projects on LuckyChap’s lineup, The Big Short actress has her hands full… as does her producer husband.
The beauty and her husband slash business partner have been married since 2016, after meeting two years prior while promoting The Wolf Of Wall Street.
