Manchester United target Tanguy Ndombele admits he would be keen on a move to Tottenham this summer.

Several top European clubs are interested in signing the Lyon midfielder including Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus, but Spurs have made the France international one of their priority targets for the transfer window.

Lyon are open to selling the 22-year-old but are reportedly holding out for a transfer fee in the region of £70m.

But when asked about potentially moving to Tottenham this summer, Ndombele has indicated that he would be open to joining Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

‘Yes, it’s true that Tottenham are a great team,’ Ndombele told Telefoot.

‘They are a big club, they finished fourth in their league, they reached the Champions League final, they are still a big club like any other.

‘Which player would not be interested in a big club?’

Earlier this week, Ndombele admitted that he had not made a decision over his future.

Manchester United, meanwhile, could step up their own interest in the Ndombele after Pogba publicly admitted for the first time that he wants to leave Old Trafford this summer.
