Man Utd squad revealed for Club Brugge tie as Solskjaer's men spotted boarding private jet

Manchester United have flown out to Belgium ahead of their Europa League Round of 32 tie with Club Brugge. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side caught a private jet from Manchester Airport this afternoon as they gear up for the first leg of the knockout clash.

The Norwegian was spotted pulling a suitcase across the tarmac as he led his players aboard for the short hop east, with United due to to take on Club Brugge at the Jan Breydel Stadium tomorrow.

United had earlier trained at their Carrington base, getting back to work following their impressive win over Chelsea on Monday night.

Goals from Anthony Martial and Harry Maguire secured a 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge, although Kurt Zouma and Olivier Giroud both had strikes ruled out for the home side.

The victory lifted United to within three points of the Blues, but attention has now turned to the Europa League.

And just four household names made the trip to Kazakstan to face Astana in the group stage, although a starting XI containing Tahith Chong, Angel Gomes and James Garner slipped to a frustrating 2-1 defeat.

While Bishop will hope to get a chance to prove his worth against the current Belgian Pro League leaders, Solskjaer is expected to field a strong starting XI for the first leg.

Eric Bailly is in the squad after shining on his first start of the season against Chelsea, having been hampered by injury up until this point.

The Ivorian may get the nod again if Lindelof is not brought straight back into the side, although it is more likely that the Swede starts with Bailly’s minutes carefully managed.

Solskjaer has deployed a five-man defence in recent weeks, with Luke Shaw drafted in as a left-sided centre-back.

The 24-year-old could continue in that role here, with Williams on the left wing and Aaron Wan-Bissaka providing width on the opposite flank.

Nemanja Matic, Fred and Fernandes are expected to continuing in midfield while Solskjaer has a key decision to make in attack.

The United boss has Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard and Andreas Pereira all desperate for game time while Daniel James offers a pacy outlet.

However, he could be tempted to deploy new signing Ighalo in attack from the off alongside Martial as United look to gain control of the tie.

Manchester United travelling squad: Bishop, De Gea, Romero, Dalot, Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Williams, Fernandes, Fred, Lingard, Mata, Matic, James, Pereira, Ighalo, Martial,

In training but not spotted at airport: Jones, Tuanzebe, McTominay
