Man Utd boss Solskjaer changes mind on Erling Haaland transfer condition as £76m deal near

Manchester United boss Solskjaer managed Haaland at Molde and has watched from afar as the 19-year-old has blitzed European football this season.

The Salzburg star has hit 28 goals to make himself a household name, with Europe’s top clubs all keen to secure his signature.

Manchester United are best-placed, however, and The Sun say the Red Devils are closing in on a huge £76million deal to sign the teenager.

However, Solskjaer may have to loan him back.

Salzburg are losing Tamuri Minamino in January, with the Japan international’s move to Liverpool set to go through pending a medical.

And they are reluctant to let Haaland go given his importance to the side.
