*No spoilers for Endgame ahead*

A man has been beaten up by Avengers movie goers after ‘revealing the ending’ to Endgame, according to reports.

AsiaOne has cited Taiwanese reports a man was seen looking bloodied outside a cinema after he was targeted for spoiling the ending to the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe epic just days after it premiered.

In photos circulated online, a man is snapped being tended to by paramedics, while blood splatters are seen on the pavement.

The assault was alleged to have taken place outside a cinema in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, with fans of the franchise who were yet to have seen the latest instalment evidently taking their reaction to the spoilers to horrendous and abhorrent levels.

While the authenticity of the incident has been questioned by outlets, some fans on social media stepped forward and claimed they were present and heard the man speaking loudly by the entrance as other fans made their way into the cinema.

It was reported cinema goers were ‘furious’ with the man who allegedly ‘shouted out’ spoilers for the film.

While we do not condone spoiling Endgame for those who are yet to see it, we must also stress no matter how seriously you take Avengers and the need to avoid spoilers, beating up someone who may or may not have let something slip is no way to go about life.

It comes after directors Joe and Anthony Russo encouraged fans to not spoil the Endgame for fellow punters.

Releasing a plea on social media in the days leading up to its 25 April premiere, they wrote: ‘Because so many of you have invested your time, your hearts, and your souls into these stories, we’re once again asking for your help.

They added: ‘’Remember, Thanos still demands your silence.’

Avengers: Endgame is in cinemas now.
