Manchester City are in a great position in their Champions League tie with Real Madrid, but still face a tricky examination in the second leg at the Etihad on Friday night.

Pep Guardiola’s side picked up an impressive 2-1 win in Spain way back in February, gaining a crucial lead and two away goals in the tie.

The Premier League side had fallen behind to an Isco goal, but Gabriel Jesus equalised before Kevin De Bruyne put them ahead from the penalty spot.

So much has happened since then, with City relinquishing their Premier League title and Real winning La Liga, so the tie is far from over and is should be enthralling viewing on Friday night in Manchester.

The match kicks-off at 8pm on Friday 7 August at the Etihad.
