Makeup-free Gretchen Rossi stuns in plunging maxi dress

She welcomed daughter Skylar into the world on July 10.

And on Friday, Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi was spotted out-and-about for the first time since her birth in Newport Beach, Orange County, California. 

The blonde beauty, 40, stepped out sans makeup in a flowing aqua-colored maxi dress with a cheetah print and plunging neckline.

She kept her light locks in a messy bun and blocked the SoCal sun from her eyes in some cat-eye sunglasses.

Rossi accessorized further with a floral-printed pink goblet she carried in one hand as well as a pair of silver flip-flop sandals.

Smiley stayed cool in a pair of plaid shorts, a polo shirt and a trucker hat.

‘These symptoms, I gotta tell you,’ Rossi said on the show. 

‘Man, like I swear, they lie to you about morning sickness. It’s all day sickness.’

Rossi and Smiley went through a four-year IVF process before finally conceiving Skylar.

Rossi opened up to Us Weekly about the toll the process took on her body back in February 2018.

‘Physically it was difficult on my body,’ she began. 

‘It’s funny because when you get pregnant, and you gain weight, it feels worth it because at the end, you have a baby.

‘But when I went through IVF, I gained 10 pounds within three weeks and I’ve never really done that before in my life.

‘I got cellulite in places that I’ve never had cellulite before and it was just really hard on me because when you go through that with your body and there’s nothing to show for it in the end, it was a lot more draining on me than I had anticipated. 

Though the process was difficult, she had support from Smiley all the way.

‘A lot of the burden falls on the woman going through the IVF process, and not only has she embraced that challenge but she’s using that to be an advocate for other women who are struggling with IVF and can’t get pregnant,’ he told Us Weekly in June 2018. 

‘I’m so impressed how she jumped right in [and] became a voice for every woman. I’m very proud of her.’

Rossi and Smiley got engaged back in 2013.

Smiley also has two sons – Gavin and Grayson – with ex-wife Rose Smiley.
