Shock twist in Married At First Sight cheating scandal as Mikey Pembroke APOLOGISES to Stacey Hampton in a leaked video months after he claimed they slept together
A leaked video appears to show Married At First Sight‘s Mikey Pembroke apologising to Stacey Hampton, months after he claimed they’d slept together.
Mikey, 29, told the single mother he was sorry for how he had behaved at the reunion dinner party, which aired on Tuesday and was filmed on January 15.
He made the apology while on the phone to Stacey’s friend Anthony Hess, a socialite and bitcoin trader known for his rivalry with Roxy Jacenko.

Anthony and Stacey broadcast the conversation on a split-screen Instagram Live last month and the footage was subsequently leaked to Woman’s Day.
The video begins with Stacey, 26, telling her friend to put Mikey on loudspeaker.
The operations manager can then be heard saying: ‘Sorry, Stacey. I was being a rude d**khead.’

Mikey only apologised for his rudeness, however, and did not withdraw his allegation that he and Stacey had slept together.
But it’s nonetheless interesting that he appears to regret how things went down at Tuesday’s reunion dinner party.
During the episode, Mikey stood up at the table and announced: ‘One thing led to another, me and Stacey had a few drinks in Ivan and Aleks’ room, and we slept together.’

He then produced text messages that seemingly confirmed he and Stacey had spent the night together.
Fellow participants Aleks Markovic and Ivan Sarakula backed him up, saying they had seen Stacey drop off a bag of Mikey’s clothes the morning after the incident.
Ivan further claimed to have seen Snapchat messages – which have since been deleted – of Stacey asking Mikey if they wanted to hook up again.
He has since passed a lie detector test arranged through a paparazzi agency.

Stacey and Mikey are said to have slept together during filming in early October.
At the time, Stacey wasn’t with her ‘husband’, Michael Goonan, because of controversy surrounding his kiss with Hayley Vernon.
She has repeatedly denied being intimate with Mikey and claims there is no evidence that proves they spent the night together.
