Madonna gave her fans a glimpse inside her Thanksgiving celebrations with a family portrait and wholesome video on Instagram.

The music icon, 63, posed for a snap with five of her children – Lourdes Leon, 25, Mercy James, 15, twins Stella and Estere, nine, and son David Banda, 16 – as they spent quality time together over the holiday.

21-year-old Rocco Ritchie did not appear in the portrait, however, the singer documented some precious moments for her 17 million followers.

The heartwarming videos showed her kids playing with scooters in the garden, decorating cookies, and chilling by the fire.

Madonna was also seen showing off some impressive dance moves as she twirled around the kitchen with son Banda after he played guitar.

The pop star’s home was covered in lavish decorations as she went all out this year.

Her table was full of food, which she also devoured, sharing a snap holding a plate of pie.

Dressing up for the occasion, Madonna looked fierce in a long, black dress with layers of silver jewellery.

She wore her blonde looks in a sleek do and accessorised with a pair of killer heeled boots.

Her Thanksgiving celebrations come just after a controversial bedroom photoshoot went viral.

The Vogue hitmaker made headlines this week by posting a series of racy photos, posing on a bed dressed in lingerie and fishnet tights, while also flashing a nipple in a couple of the snaps.

Madonna later called out Instagram after her photos were taken down for apparently breaching their guidelines on nudity.

She later reposted censored versions of the pics, with various emojis covering her modesty.

The photoshoot divided fans and celebrities alike, with Piers Morgan declaring the singer had hit ‘rock bottom.’

Lorraine Kelly also blasted Madonna on her TV show, calling the shoot ‘sleazy,’ however, Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary defended the Like A Virgin songstress, saying: ‘She can do what she wants!’

Madonna didn’t hold back as she slammed the social media site in her updated caption, writing: ‘I’m reposting photographs Instagram took down without warning or notification….. The reason they gave my management that does not handle my account was that a small portion of my nipple was exposed.

‘It is still astounding to me that we live in a culture that allows every inch of a woman’s body to be shown except a nipple. As if that is the only part of a woman’s anatomy that could be sexualized. The nipple that nourishes the baby!’
