EA Sports’ recent Madden NFL 20 Classic Presented by Starbucks Cold Brew tournament will be presented as a one-hour recap special on The CW television network tonight.

The docuseries special, hosted by retired NFL player Akbar Gbajabiamila, will focus on the players behind the competition while also showing gameplay and the results of the tournament. This is the third Madden special that The CW has aired since December 2017.

“Our continued partnership with EA and the NFL has been a phenomenal success for The CW,” said The CW executive VP of marketing and digital programs, Rick Haskins, in a release. “We’re thrilled to once again have the opportunity to showcase the passion, competitive spirit, and sportsmanship of the Madden community.”

The Madden NFL 20 Classic—held at the Esports Stadium Arlington (Texas) from Aug. 30-Sept. 1—was the largest competitive Madden event to date, according to EA Sports, with about 400 competitors vying for a piece of the $190K prize pool.

The $1.255M Madden NFL 20 Championship Series season features four major tournaments that are more closely tied to events in the real NFL season than before. Pizza Hut and Snickers are also sponsors of the Madden NFL 20 Championship Series, in addition to Starbucks.
