So which players have seen their quality play rewarded with a ratings boost, and which see their on-field struggles translate to Madden?

Age: 28
Stat Upgrades: PRC +12, AWR +10, STR +3, IBL +3, BSH +3, PUR +3, SPD +2
A second defensive Patriot gets an upgrade as Madden 20 moves to reflect the Patriots superb defensive unit this season. Marcus Mariota, Tennessee Titans (79 – 73 OVR)
Position: QB
Age:
Stat Decreases: AWR -7, MAC -4, DAC -3, TUP -3, RUN -2, SAC -2
It looks like Marcus Mariota’s time in Tennessee is finally over. The former second-overall pick has struggled this year, completing just 59.1 percent of his passes at 7.4 yards per attempt and has now been benched in favor of Ryan Tannehill. His raw numbers of 7 touchdowns and 2 interceptions don’t yell “bench him!”, but with a 2-4 record and under 200 yards per game the Titans have struggled this year and scored just 1 touchdown in their last 2 games.
Mariota’s awareness (73) takes a massive hit while his accuracy has dropped (86 short, 81 medium, 83 deep) and his throw on the run (83) and throw under pressure (84) have dropped too.
