Lucy Spraggan has revealed her incredible figure after dropping several stone in the wake of her split from wife Georgina Gordon.
The X Factor star, who appeared in the 2009 ITV series, shed the weight over months of hard work, and took to Instagram to show off her washboard abs.
Wearing a soft grey cropped sweater and black skinny jeans, Lucy posed in a mirror backstage at one of her UK tour gigs.
“No one was here to take a pre-show pic so the mirror beckoned me,” she wrote next to the selfie.

“Exeter was bloody epic AS PER!”
Fans were full of admiration about her body transformation, with one writing: “You look incredible!”
“Are they ABS,” asked another, to which Lucy replied: “ABSolutely.”
“Can’t believe how much weight you’ve lost! You look fab,” commented a third.
When one follower asked for the secret behind her weight loss, Lucy admitted: “I stopped drinking!”

It came after the talented singer-songwriter revealed how much she’d changed in the 10 years since finding fame.
The 28-year-old posted two pictures side by side, one from 2009 showing her in a hoody and cap, and the second from earlier this year showing a Lucy who oozed confidence.
She rocks some stylish tattoos, as well as ripped jeans and military style boots.
“My sister sent me the pic on the left this morning,” Lucy wrote.

“Everyone’s been doing these 2009/2019 things…I definitely had to consider whether or not I want this on the internet but yolo.”
She added: “If you can’t laugh at yourself then who can ya laugh at. If I could have told that weird lil 18 year old all the things I get up to now she wouldn’t believe me. I’m very lucky.
“Never shed those f***** eye bags tho.”
Lucy has been recovering after her split from Georgina.

The pair, who were together for nearly six years, first met shortly after Lucy’s time on the X Factor – which was cut short due to personal issues.
They tied the knot in 2016 after Georgina got down on one knee the year before during a romantic boat ride.
At the time, she revealed to OK! : “[Georgina] didn’t have a clue and she turned around and I was on one knee. It was amazing.
“I think I knew she’d say ‘yes’ but it was still scary.”
Despite their split, Lucy told her fans that they’d had “nearly 6 years of joy, fun and true love…”
