Lucy Pargeter looks world's away from Chas Dingle at British Soap Awards in split dress


Lucy Pargeter, 42, looked incredible at the British Soap Awards 2019 tonight as she stunned in a black gown which featured a thigh-split design.

The Emmerdale favourite exposed her lean pins in the show-stopping gown, which she elongated with a pair of black high-heels.

The floor-length number showed off Lucy’s incredibly svelte frame as she posed up a storm on the red carpet.

The top-half of her ensemble was a semi-sheer lace design, with a black bandeau over her chest.

Lucy’s raven locks were styled in a very high bun, with her fringe falling over her eyes.

The actress left the accessorises to a minimum but ensured her make-up stood out with heavy eye-shadow and a nude lip.

Lucy is is nominated for a Best Female Dramatic Performance at the British Soap Awards 2019.

Meanwhile on Twitter this week, viewers quizzed the star ahead of the British Soap Awards on the hashtag “#AskLucy” from Emmerdale’s account.

One person asked the actress what’s her favourite thing about playing the Dingle character.

She replied: “It’s never a dull life, there’s always plenty to do and experiencing life experiences that I wouldn’t necessarily get to do! Lucy x #AskLucy #Emmerdale @lucyparge.”

When asked which other character she would be, Lucy responded: “Charity Dingle because she just gets to be extremely rude to people and get away with it. Lucy x #AskLucy #Emmerdale @lucyparge.”

A third quizzed Lucy on how she prepare for emotional scenes.

She said: “I started listening to music, some emotive songs that mean something to. I’ll listen to them just before I go for a take. Lucy x #AskLucy #Emmerdale @lucyparge.”

Elsewhere at The British Soap Awards, Coronation Street star, Lucy Fallon, put on a jaw-dropping display in a plunging gown.

The Bethany Platt actress couldn’t be missed in the Grecian-style frock which put her cleavage on display.

One of her co-stars, Brooke, 26, also posed up a storm on the red carpet in a gold sequinned adorned frock.

Her outfit put her blossoming baby bump on show, which she cradled in front of photographers.

Emmerdale continues Monday on ITV at 7pm.

The British Soap Awards 2019 airs tonight on IT at 8pm.
