Viewers were assuming this version of Lucifer Morningstar (played by Tom Ellis) is a son of God, and the two Biblical rivals would be engaging in an apocalyptic father-son rumble during the last half of the final season.
However fans were nonplussed when the title was in fact revealed to be: A Little Harmless Stalking.
Accompanying the Tweet reveal, the writers teased: “Who is stalking who? How is it harmless? And who says this line??”
Lucifer famously uses tiny snippets of dialogue for its episode titles, so it’s safe to assume this line will be uttered by one of the characters at some point in the episode.
