Love Island’s Tommy Fury brands Anton ‘childish’ for unfollowing Molly-Mae on Instagram

Love Island’s Tommy Fury has branded Anton Danyluk as “childish” for unfollowing his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague on Instagram.

The boxer revealed there are tensions between him and his ex-pal after they fell out when he voted for Anton and partner Belle Hassan as the least compatible couple on the show.

They were subsequently given the boot, leaving the Scotsman less than impressed.

On Sunday night’s explosive reunion show, Anton admitted that he had “hardly spoken to Molly-Mae” during his time in the villa and defended his decision to unfollow her on social media.

Now Tommy has now shared his feelings on the awkward fallout.

Speaking on Capital Breakfast this morning, Tommy said: “I honestly couldn’t see it, I thought those two were friends because obviously, we’ve been on this whole experience together so I thought everybody would be friends.”

Talking of the tension between the two, he continued: “I think there was just a little bit of tension, you know, purely off what Anton said and about all the unfollowing stuff and all that.

“It really is. I think it’s a bit childish because we’re all good friends here and there’s no need for any bad blood and on mine and Molly’s part.”

However, Tommy insisted that he didn’t hold a grudge against the Scotsman.

He added: “There’s no bad blood, we wish him all the best.”

It comes after Anton and Molly-Mae had a cringey on-screen row during the reunion show, when Anton stood by his decision to unfollow the social media star.

He told host Caroline Flack: “We never even spoke in the villa, really.

“I’m sure Molly will agree with me on this, we barely spoke.”

However, Molly-Mae appeared taken aback as she replied: “I’m not going to lie, I thought we were friends.”

Asked if he’s going to refollow her, Anton replied with a firm “No”.

Hearing the audience gasp, he quickly added: “I think you are a cracking girl but we’ve never seen eye to eye.”
