Megan Barton-Hanson isn’t standing for any nonsense after her ex-boyfriend Wes Nelson posted a mocking comment on social media.

The former Love Islander, who is recently believed to have ended things with Celebs Go Dating co-star Demi Sims, was the butt of the joke when the Dancing On Ice Star shared a snap with new beau Arabella Chi.

‘Sugar n’ spice err’ting nice,’ Wes captioned the photo of the pair smouldering away.

While a commenter wrote: ‘Megan punching the wall,’ Wes responded with three cry-laughing emojis. Because clearly it’s just that funny.

However, a source close to Megan revealed that the 25-year-old couldn’t be less bothered.

‘I don’t think Megan’s thinking anything about Wes and Arabella,’ they explained to The Sun Online.

‘It couldn’t be any clearer that she’s well and truly moved on especially now she’s dating a woman!

‘I don’t think it can get more final than that.’

Megan and Wes called time on their relationship back in January, before he went on to confirm his relationship with Arabella in August.

Meanwhile, Celebs Go Dating has been seeing Megan and Demi’s romance flourish, with the pair sharing a sweet first kiss on the show.

‘I honestly think she’s the person I’ve been searching for this whole time. She’s beautiful,’ Demi gushed in a recent episode.

Demi then turned to Megan to tell her: ‘You give me butterflies that I’ve never had before.

We can’t deal.

However, the whole thing is pretty bittersweet considering the rumours that the pair have now split.

The 25-year-old reality star was pictured in tears outside a club in Camden after news of the pair unfollowing each other on Instagram surfaced.

However, dating coach Anna Williamson teased there is still a lot more to come for viewers.

Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk, she said: ‘What I would say is that the series is quite up and down for the girls, with regards to dating people and exploring feelings for each other.

‘It is not as clear cut as perhaps the pictures are portraying, so I think if you watch the series you’ll work out and find out the real story that goes on behind the girls’ [romance], to where we have now ended up with it.’
