Love Island's Laura Anderson to move back to Scotland after being away 10 years


Scots Love Island star Laura Anderson has revealed that she is moving back to Scotland after being away for ten years.

The blonde bombshell took to Instagram to say while she’s had fun staying in London, it’s time to go home.

She said: “My boy and I have decided, London..you’ve been beaut. We met here, it’s been lush but I’m taking you Home Buddy!!! Setting up roots, Watch this space #10yearsislongenough.”

Laura has been living in London with her dog Buddy since she left Love Island in 2018, but revealed that ten years is long enough to be away and that she hopes to buy a place in Scotland.

Laura, who is originally from Stirling, previously lived in Dubai where she worked as an air-hostess for Emirates, but moved back to the UK to appear in the 2018 season of Love Island.

And many of her hometown pals were delighted at the news.

One said: “I am the happiest I’ve ever ever been!!!! My besty is coming home!!!”

While another added: “Yay!  There really is no place like home.”
One agreed she was making the right decision: “Ah that’s fantastic news Laura. Wishing u every happiness back in your homeland with Buddy.”

But not everyone was pleased at the news as former Love Island contestant Kaz Crossley said: “Going to miss you both so much.”

To which Laura replied: “I’ll be down all the time and staying with you after jobs haha, you’ll miss buddy more!”

Just last week, the 30-year-old posed fully naked in a sexy Instagram post as she holidayed in Dubai.

And last month, Laura showed off a  tattoo  she got in honour of Caroline Flack.

She decided to get a tattoo which says ‘Be Kind’ inked on her wrist in memory of the 40-year-old who was found dead at her London flat on February 15. Laura posted: “All I’ve ever wanted is to be kind.”
