Love Island star Jamie Jewitt gave an adorable glimpse at his life as a new dad with a sweet snap with his newborn daughter.

The islander uploaded snaps of himself enjoying his time with newborn Nell cuddling up on his chest.

‘Little cuddle bug this one!’ he wrote on Instagram. ‘We are home and settled and loving the parent life 😍😎👨‍👩‍👧 #familytime @camillathurlow.’

One snap had Jamie holding up little Nell as he kissed her forehead.

Jamie and his girlfriend Camilla confirmed they welcomed their first child in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

The happy couple – who shared the pregnancy news in May – shared the happy news of their new baby girl yesterday, confirming Camilla gave birth in the early hours of October 27.

She wrote: ‘Nell Sophia Jewitt, 4:32am, 27th October, 6lb 5oz.

‘There may be a thousand new photos on my camera roll, but none of them could ever do justice to the way you have lit up our lives.’

Camilla had shared a few snaps of them looking head over heels with Nell and our hearts immediately melted.

One picture had her cradling her daughter, who was fast asleep in a tiny white outfit while her mum looked at her.

Another photo was dedicated to Nell only, as she took centre stage in the snap – while the third had the family all together, with Jamie and Camilla beaming down the camera with their daughter.

Jamie added his own loving tribute to his daughter, as he shared a photo to Instagram with a sweet statement.

‘After all of life’s ups and downs I can honestly say this morning brought on a monumental change of perspective,’ he wrote.

‘From this day forward I promise to be the very best version of myself for you and your mum and do my best to give you both everything you could possibly ask for.’
