Following the death of Mike Thalassatis and Sophie Gradon, Love Island has come-under-fire for their aftercare process.
Urging the ITV producers to change their ways, they’ve since claimed they’ve changed how they deal with their aftercare.
While viewers were yet to see any changes, it seems last year’s Love Island cast have been treated differently.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Jack Fowler revealed how he’s witnessed change already.

He said: “The Love Island producers text me last week when the new episode came out.
“They said: ‘We know the new series is starting, but we want you to know we haven’t forgotten about you.
“‘If you need someone to talk to or any support, we’re here.'”
He added: “I thought it was a really nice touch.”
The producers admitted their plans to make a change with their caring process, and it seems to be active with last year’s contestants.
Jack’s admission comes shortly after a number of previous Islanders slammed the show.
Malin Andersson was one of the many people to speak out on Love Island’s aftercare, claiming the show didn’t get in touch following her heartbreaking year.
She admitted she was sent flowers by the producers after the death of her baby girl, but didn’t get any additional help.
However, it seems the show is taking strides and has been working on their process – and the Islanders are already noticing the benefits.
