Love Island: Faye Winter reflects on argument with Teddy

Faye Winter “definitely” broke the rules in the Love Island villa.

The lettings manager came third on the show alongside boyfriend Teddy Soares – but she confessed she nearly didn’t make it through the show, as she broke one of the show bosses’ golden rules after the drama of Casa Amor.

Revealing how she was so hot sleeping outside following the fall out from Casa Amor, she admitted she couldn’t help but take a dip in the pool at 5am, frustrating the show’s producers.

“There was one particular time I definitely broke the rules. I was sleeping out on the daybed when Casa Amor happened,” she told Cosmopolitan.

“It was 5am and it was so hot. I woke up and jumped in the pool straight away.

“One of the producers was like, Faye! How am I going to explain why you’re soaking wet at 5am in the morning?

“So that was one thing I broke the rules on.”

Faye thinks she’s found the one in Teddy and she is adamant they will get married one day.

She added: “I feel like it’s a race between me and Teddy and Chloe and Toby. We’re getting married!”

The blonde beauty has found it “stressful” being away from home a lot but it hasn’t affected her and Teddy’s romance.

She explained how she is far away from her home in Devon and is spending much more time in London, with lots more going on.

But whilst she describes it as a stressful experience, she insists it hasn’t affected her and Teddy, who she says are stronger than ever.

Faye was infamously criticised for her foul mouthed tirade at boyfriend Teddy, and she admitted she would have complained to Ofcom herself if she had watched a contestant explode on Love Island like she did.

Speaking on the reunion show, she said: “I mean… there would have been another complaint if I had watched it back as well.

“It’s not nice. [There would have been a complaint] from myself. Yeah. I would have been complaining about it too. Not my finest moment.”

Teddy also admitted it was a “painful” experience for them both – but they’ve moved on from it now.

“Yeah that was painful, obviously I’ve not watched that back either,” he added.

“Living in the moment it was painful to see how she was hurt, but we’ve moved on so far from it, like it’s unreal.”
