Love Island's Curtis kisses Tommy after telling boxer he'd 'never met anyone like him'

The two beefcakes have been close pals from day one in the Love Island villa, but they’ve just taken their bromance to the next level. 

Tommy Fury and Curtis Pritchard headed up to the terrace to chat about their feelings and sealed the conversation off with a smooch. 

The 20-year-old boxer asked his pal for a heart-to-heart, revealing just how strongly he felt about Molly-Mae Hague. 

Chatting about their relationship, he confessed that he thought he’d found “love” in the villa with the blonde babe. 

But, while their coupling was close to his heart, he admitted to Curtis that he equally cherished their friendship. 

The 23-year-old has always been on hand to offer Tommy support and advice throughout the series, particularly when he was caught up in a messy love triangle with Maura and Molly-Mae. 

Sportsman Tommy told him: “You’re my brother. I can talk to you about anything.”

“It’s mad because we’ve both come in here and found love, I feel.”

He continued: “But also, we’ve come in here and found a brother for life.”

The professional ballroom dancer responded: “I’ve never met someone like you before.”

Then the two leaned in for a smooch, locking lips for a few seconds before clapping each other on the back and pulling apart. 

Viewers were divided by the cosy scene – while some felt it was a sweet and tender moment between good friends, others felt that it seemed a little set up. 

One said: “Tommy and Curtis’s kiss was cringe.”

And a second agreed: “Love Island trying so hard to get a bromance going between Tommy and Curtis, f*** me, who’s writing the script this year?”

Though a third argued: “Tommy and Curtis’s chat and kiss is a thing I didn’t know I needed to see but now I can die happy.”

And a fourth chipped in: “I’m over the moon for my favourite couple, who shared their first kiss tonight. Yes, Tommy and Curtis! Big up the bromance.”
