Having just won this year’s Love Island as a couple, the Geordie beauty is in the first flush of love with Irish hunk Greg O’Shea.
But it seems that Amber Gill still has a few things to say about ex Michael Griffiths after she labelled his reconciliation with Joanna Chimonides as “weird”.
Chatting to The Mirror, the 21-year-old was told that the dishy firefighter had been seen making up with Joanna over the weekend.
The two were spotted getting close at the Kisstory event in London, with some even suggesting it looked as though they had shared a kiss.
When Amber heard the news, she told the publication: “Am I surprised by that? To be fair I didn’t see much of their relationship.
“I don’t really know how they were.”
She went on: ”Michael definitely tried to come back to me so I think it’s a bit weird. I don’t really want to say too much.”
In one of the most gut-wrenching moments of this year’s show, Amber returned from Casa Amor to see her man coupled up with new flame Joanna.
It was only when recruitment consultant Joanna was dumped from the villa that Michael turned his attention back to Amber, telling her that he liked her again.
But Amber decided to keep her head held high and picked Greg over the Scouse heartbreaker, prompting Michael’s own elimination from the show.
When the “kissing” snaps emerged over the weekend, Joanna denied that anything romantic went down with her and Michael.
Taking to Insta stories, the 22-year-old griped: “I just want to make a point, we weren’t kissing.
“He was saying something in my ear and I found it funny. I can’t remember what it was.”
Kiss or no kiss, it’s clear that Michael can’t quite shake his feelings for the two bombshell babes – when he heard Amber had won the 50K, he groaned, “Oh s***, oh s***, I did not expect that.”
Fingers crossed, this time around, he’s learnt how to play his cards right in the dating game.
