On their blossoming romance, the curly-haired beauty confessed the pair are yet to officially take their relationship to the next level, but are exclusively dating.

Amber told the panel: ‘We’re exclusively dating but not official yet. He hasn’t asked us yet.’

Enthusing their relationship is going in the right direction, the trainee solicitor shared: ‘I can definitely see us getting there but we only met each other for the first time on July 15, she hasn’t met my friends or family. I’ve met hers!’

The stunning pair took home the crown after fans watched Greg piece back Amber’s heart following her split from Michael Griffiths.

Firefighter Michael, 28, left viewers in fury when snubbed Amber in favour of Joanna Chimonides, 22, after his love interest returned from Casa Amor.

On her difficult journey in the villa, the Newcastle-based star explained: ‘I feel like at the beginning I was quite harsh. I knew what I wanted and I knew exactly what I wanted.

‘I then got a reality check, I do feel like I’ve grown quite a lot. I like that everything happened, if I met Greg at the beginning I don’t think it would have been the same.’

Despite her heartache, Amber insisted she was ‘more hurt’ when her BFFs Yewande Biala and Anna Vakili experienced trouble in their romances with Danny Williams and Jordan Hames respectively.

She's waiting! 'We're exclusively dating but not official yet. He hasn’t asked us yet', the curly-haired beauty told the panel

She shared: ‘I was crazy protective of my friends Anna and Yewande in there. I felt more hurt for them than when what happened to me happened but it was nice to have a group of strong girls.’

Since they’ve left the Mallorcan villa, Amber and Greg have been swamped with attention from delighted fans.

On whether they’ve been faced with pressure to continue their romance, the sportsman insisted: ‘I can see how it could put pressure on it but things are going so well.

‘I haven’t been home yet but we got to go to Newcastle which is amazing, we do our own thing but we share a hotel room and it’s been really crazy.

‘Everyone loves a bit of Amber really. She’s amazing… she’s the most famous woman in Britain!’

Elsewhere in the discussion, Greg revealed he’s opting out of most public appearances despite his new found fame, and shared his future career plans.

He explained: ‘Rugby is my first love and I also want to qualify as a solicitor. If I just dropped that now… I want to get back to my boys, get back to training, take what I can out of Love Island… but I got her [he added of Amber]!’

The handsome reality star also expressed his decision to split the £50,000 prize money with his love interest.

He shared: ‘I got the choice at the final and I could have ran away with it but I would have been the most hated man in Britain.

‘I had a really bad wardrobe going in and Amber noticed that, so I did some shopping but the rest I’m going to invest in it. I’ve got to be smart and invest it all.’

Greg surprised the panel when he revealed he originally planned to undergo surgery on Tuesday, after sustaining an injury on the rugby playing field.

He shared: ‘I don’t know if you can notice it, but I’ve got a broken nose and a cracked forehead so I was supposed to go home and get the operation done, now’s the worst time to get surgery!’

Things have been heating up between the pair since their whirlwind victory after just 14 days of romance as Amber admitted she’s ready to move to Ireland with Greg.

During the show’s reunion, the Newcastle born beauty made the admission while presenter Caroline Flack grilled them about how their love would survive the distance.

‘I might move to Ireland!’ Amber pipped up.

Originally, the host, 39, asked: ‘It’s been a busy week for you both have you spent much time alone?’

Greg replied: ‘Not really we kind of went on separate shopping trips and that was about it. Our parents have been around the whole time so we have gotten to know them a whole lot better and had a few drinks so it’s been lovely.

‘We do live in different countries. We kind of had a little chat about that earlier. It’s a lot easier than it seems. There are flights every day and all day and they’re cheap.

‘She still has to come over to Ireland. I haven’t been home yet. I really want to bring her to Limerick, it’s nothing like Newcastle but I can’t wait to bring her there.’

New lovebirds Greg and Amber beat boxer Tommy Fury and social media influencer Molly-Mae Hague to the £50,000 prize fund.

The dramatic finale saw Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins arrive in fourth place, while Ovie Soko and India Reynolds find themselves in third place.

During their winning interview last week, the couple, who split their £50,000 prize money, expressed their shock at the incredible win.

Amber said: ‘I don’t know how we’ve done it. It’s wild. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotion. Absolutely mad. I had that period of time that was just awful and I thought it was over for [me] then. Then [Greg] came in.’
