Love Island summer ball dresses hint winning girl has already been decided

Love Island 2019 finale airs tonight, with the last four couples battling it out for the winners spot.

In a teaser for the show, the islanders all dress in their glad rags for the Love Island Summer Ball.

But could the outfits reveal more than just the islanders’ fashion sense?

As the teaser dropped, some eagle eyed fans noticed that Molly-Mae was the only star sporting a colourful dress, while Amber, Maura and India all stunned more understated in white, silver and cream gowns.

The blonde bombshell stood out from the crowd as she was shown in a lemon yellow floor length dress on her final night.

While this is likely just a coincidence, it comes as she and Tommy are already favourites to take the crown tonight, according to bookies, Coral.

The couple are currently ahead of the pack at 8-13, storming ahead of Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill who are expected to take second place.

It is no surprise the pair have a lot of support as they are the longest standing couple this series, and the only pair to go official.

However, some critics are convinced their success is nothing but a “fix” by producers.

“I just don’t see the point in anyone voting because they are clearly going to fix it so Molly and Tommy win #LoveIsland ,” one wrote last night.

While another agreed: “Don’t get me wrong I think molly and tommy are a genuine couple, but they’ve had it so f***ing easy. The producers chose them to be winners from day dot.”

It’s not just Molly’s dress that some viewers suspected was a sign, with one noting: “Every year the producers put on their favourite couples on their final dates on second episode- right before opening the vote where we are influenced by what we’ve just seen. Such a fix for Tommy and Molly. #loveisland “.

Fans have accused the show of ‘fixing’ the results

Plus, another noted that the music played when the couple were on screen was more romantic, while several others suggested that Belle and Anton’s dumping could have been a strategic move from bosses, as the only other long-term couple in the villa.

In fact, viewers are so sure the duo are set to take the crown that some have even started a campaign to change the result.

While there are plenty of fans wanting the pair to be 2019 champions, getting their votes in, others have decided to vote tactically.

They’ve suggested putting all the votes on one couple, say Amber and Greg, instead of voting properly and dividing the votes out.

Taking to Twitter , one viewer said: “I will say this again. Do not divide the vote. Amber and Greg have more chance of winning. People only really like Ovie, but Amber and Greg as individuals are well liked. Vote for them, don’t split the vote and let Tommy and Molly win.”

Another agreed: “While one part of me wants Ovie and India in the final because it’s Ovie the other part of me is worried because he and Amber have a mostly common fan base which will divide votes in the finals leading to Molly Mae and Tommy wining.”

ITV have previously denied they manipulate the result of the public vote in any way.
