FURIOUS Island fans branded Lucie Donlan a liar this evening and demanded she is booted out of the villa after she refused to rule out a romance with Tommy Fury.
The surfer chick was berated by viewers as she appeared to completely forget about Joe Garratt – after learning the public think she is better suited to the boxer.
The Islanders took part in a Twitter challenge this evening that highlight their relationship and Lucie later confided in Maura that she could end up with Tommy, despite him being with Molly-Mae.
Viewers were left fuming by her comments and took to Twitter to slam her.
One person wrote: “Lucie is a liar, wasn’t she “why can’t girls and guys just be friends” but here she is talking about “never say never”.”
A second added: “After the way lucie acted tonight I feel she should be the one to be dumped tomorrow #LoveIsland.”
While a third added: “#loveisland Lucie: I’m just friends with guys why can’t I just be friends with them!! Also Lucie: when you’re friends with guys you sometimes get with them.”
And a fourth remarked: “Poor Joe was right all along about Lucie and he now he has to watch it all playing out from home. She wasted his time when he could have instead coupled up with someone more genuine who actually would have been loyal ! #loveisland.”
During the episode Lucie told Maura about her previous boyfriends and how in the past her friends have turned into lovers.
She said: “It’s just mad because I’ve had friends as guys and at stages, I have actually ended up dating them at the end.”
Discussing Tommy, Maura asked her: “Would it ever happen?”
To which Lucie replied: “I don’t know,” and as Maura quizzed: “Never say never?” she agreed and said: “We can say that.”
Earlier in the episode Instagram influencer Molly-Mae was deflated by the tweets and revealed to Tommy that she’s taken it to heart, admitting she feels jealous of his and Lucie’s friendship.
She told him: “I am the sort of person to get jealous over situations. You do spend a lot of time together. I just feel like she does try to get quite close to you.”
