Love Island Amy confesses how she continually broke one villa rule with Amber

The Love Islander has admitted she repeatedly broke one villa rule and got away with it before her shock exit from the show.

Amy Hart, 27, sent shockwaves through the villa when she threw in the towel after her heartbreaking split from Curtis Pritchard, 23.

Prior to the contestants entering the villa, they’re all given a document which outlines the rules and explains they must abide by them or face being dumped from the show.

Speaking to Closer Magazine, the former air hostess revealed how she continually broke one rule, along with Amber Gill, but still managed to not face the wrath from producers.

Discussing what contestants can and can’t do, she said: “There’s certain things like not being able to sing commercial music but me and Amber would sing musicals all the time and they didn’t know it was commercial, it was brilliant.

“I would sing songs in there as we all so they’d be like ‘no commercial music’ and I’d be like actually ‘I wrote it’.”

Amy left the viewing public in tears after she decided to quit the show following her demise of her relationship with “half boyfriend” Curtis.

After the ballroom dancer confessed he didn’t see their relationship lasting on the outside, a teary Amy decided it was best for her to leave the villa in order for her to heal and for Curtis to move on.

And it didn’t take him long to strike up another romance with a fellow contestant.

With sparks flying with Maura Higgins, Amy explained she doesn’t hold any grudges and hopes their romance lasts once the cameras stop rolling.
