Love Is Blind’s Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton have opened up on a heartwarming moment that was cut from the Netflix series.
The husband and wife are still together after tying the knot on the show almost two years ago and after packing on the PDA in the streets of New York, revealed some adorable scenes we didn’t get to see.
‘A couple of scenes that did not make the show is when I met Cameron’s parents,’ Lauren told fans during a Q&A on Twitter. ‘A lot of people were like, “Did you meet them? Did they refuse to meet you?”
‘That wasn’t the case. I met them, it was great. And my dad also met his parents as well.’
Cameron added: ‘It was beautiful and my mum to this day is always talking about looking at wedding dresses on Lauren’s phone with her for the first time.’
‘Yeah, we had a good time,’ Lauren added. ‘We laughed, we cried, we hugged. It was great.’
Cuuuuute.
Cameron and Lauren’s revelation comes after producer Chris Coelen told Metro.co.uk they could have blessed us with a ’20-hour series’ of Love Is Blind based solely on the pods.
Teasing exactly what we missed, he told us: ‘There were amazing stories. There were two engagements that we didn’t track any of.
‘Over and above the six engagements you did see, two couples got engaged.’
Maybe it’s time to demand an extended cut?
