Louise Redknapp, 45, worried she’ll stay “single forever” after her sons gave their verdict on her love life. The TV personality admitted getting back into the dating game during lockdown has been hard following her split from ex-husband Jamie Redknapp in 2018, but their two boys Charles, 16, and Beau, 11, aren’t too fond of the idea.
In a recent interview, she revealed she finds it “difficult to date” with two sons.
“I don’t think I’m ever going to be able to have a boyfriend,” she laughed.
“First of all the 16-year-old is like: ‘How are they going to get past me?’
“I’ll never know. Sometimes I say: ‘How would you feel if I went on a date?’ and they say, ‘I don’t want to talk about it!'”

Earlier this year in an Instagram Live, the Stretch hitmaker confessed to feeling “lonely” when the lockdown was still in full force.
She said: “I think it feels like it’s being going on for a long time now and I think the longer it goes on the more we panic about jobs and for me it can be quite lonely.
“I’m here and it’s great with the kids but I’m used to going out working and being creative, so it’s tough.”
She revealed Jamie had been coming over even when he didn’t have the children himself.
