The small-screen star shared a selfie in her sparkling yellow and gold costume while the show was being pre-recorded last week.
In view of her 130,000 Instagram followers, she wrote: “Last night brought back so many beautiful memories.
“What an amazing week with my @bbceastenders cast members and @gorka_marquez who brought back my love of dance and gave me ‘abs’ from laughing.
“All in aid of @bbccin which I have and will continue to donate to every single year. What a fantastic team… there will plenty of posts to follow (apologies).”
The Strictly Come Dancing Special will air tonight during Children in Need from 7.30pm on BBC One.
