The beauty accessorised with a bejewelled gold belt, with multicoloured metallic disks as she proudly flaunted her incredible figure.

The So Good hitmaker teamed the thong with a Grecian-inspired breastplate crop-top with multicoloured tiles, which exposed her toned midriff.

Her platinum tresses were styled sleek and straight while her pretty features were enhanced with a rich palette of make-up.

The performance comes after Louisa spoke candidly about her struggle with anxiety and the perils of social media during an interview on Lorraine earlier this month.

The star admitted anxiety had left her feeling ‘useless’ at times  and now she wanted to show her real life on social media in a bid to do away with a perfect image shown on Instagram.

She said: ‘I’ve always had anxiety and felt a bit low, but there comes a point where it’s, “ok I don’t feel low anymore I just feel a bit useless” and I think social media does play a big part in that because you are always looking at who liked your picture.

‘Even me, I do it, I look through the bad comments all the time. There was a point where I’d stopped because I was confident in myself.

‘When that confidence drops it’s like, “ok I need to go back and try and validate who I am” and “do people like me anymore?” It gets hard.

‘You should know that within yourself, you shouldn’t really need other people to tell you you are loved.’

The star said she was committed to posting about her normal life on Instagram to show fans the positives and negatives – and does not use photo-editing apps on her snaps.

She said: ‘I’m using whatever I can to show it’s normal to feel sad, have a fat day, have a spot too! I compare myself all the time, it never stops. We should try and make people aware of what they’re doing so we can help the situation.

‘No one wants to post an ugly picture of them crying. You don’t want to portray a perfect life, and I’ve started to show people my weaknesses, we’re all human.

‘I’m writing a lot in the studio with people and when I feel really fragile, I don’t want to talk to a stranger about my low points.

‘There’s a good side and a bad side with social media. I love Instagram, but you need to use it in the right way.’

Louisa is making a return to the spotlight with her upcoming performance at Children with Cancer UK’s fundraising event, SummerChime, in London’s Chiswick House on August 16.

The event will host 3,000 music fans with Louisa and All Saints supporting Liam Payne’s headline set.

She said: ‘I was speaking to someone in the dressing room, and I was invited to a charity who took me to children hospices, and it broke my heart.

‘I have a younger sister, so to see those children go through that, it really made me heart broken. When I got the opportunity to perform at this gig [SummerChime at Chiswick House], I had to!’

Last year she took a new direction in her music career, after moving to Ministry of Sound from Simon Cowell’s label Syco.

Earlier this month the star admitted she feels under pressure to be in shape, and revealed she’s now on an anti-inflammatory diet after struggling with rapid weight-gain.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, she said: ‘I’ve been diagnosed with all these intolerances over the past year and I’m just like, “how am I going to cope?” because I’ve really noticed weight just being going on so quickly.

‘It never used to be like that for me, so that’s like my personal struggle at the moment.

Explaining more about how her intolerances were diagnosed, the star admitted that ‘listening to her body’ pushed her to go and get checked and find a healthy solution.

Louisa said: ‘The last year I’ve been really listening to my body and I’ve just noticed how much I’ve been bloating, and really uncomfortable when I eat certain foods and I didn’t really know what it was.

‘I went to see a nutritionist and I got tested for everything and I have an intolerance to dairy, which is my main one and gluten and wheat.

‘So basically I’m on an anti-inflammatory diet which is really, really hard when I used to eat whatever I wanted, so I’ve been struggling with that, I’m such a fussy eater as well, so it’s hard.

The former X Factor winner recently opened up about her internal battle with her mental health and with giving a truthful representation of herself on Instagram, in a candid post.

Louisa also admitted that she used to use photo-editing apps, but made a conscious decision to stop a year ago.

She said: ‘You know what to be completely honest I think that we’re all guilty of doing that [using photo-editing apps].

‘We’re all guilty of wanting to lighten our hair or whitening our teeth or make ourselves look slimmer, prettier and smoother skin. I actually used to use it [a photo-editing app]’

‘And, I literally said to my friends about a year ago, “I just don’t want to be fake, I’m not going to use it any more. I don’t see the point, I don’t want to give my fans a fake impression of me,” and also I did it a lot for my little sister as well.
