Louis Vuitton SS20 Show: Gigi Hadid, Anna Wintour and Frank Ocean turn out for Virgil Abloh’s latest collection

The fanfare at Louis Vuitton on Thursday was palpable – and rightfully so.

Virgil Abloh, Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Artistic Director, presented his third collection for the luxury house to a star-packed front row of celebs and fashion royalty. 

Some of the coolest names in the music world – Frank Ocean, J Balvin, Skepta, Maluma, Miguel and Swae Lee – were all present and clad in LV, and all (except Ocean) seated on LV-monogrammed green park benches.

Dev Hynes, who sound-tracked the last LV show took the catwalk this time around in an all-white look.

Seated in between and not too far off was a slew of sports stars: F1’s Lewis Hamilton, MBA hitter Russell Westbrook, NFL’s Cam Newton and ex-NFL star Victor Cruz (and beau Karrueche Tran).

Also present were fashion stars Gigi Hadid, Kris Wu, Anna Wintour, Pierpaolo Piccolo and Liya Kebede, who sat in a mock cafe area kitted out with LV-monogrammed furnishings.

Staged at the triangular locale at Place Dauphine, the show was one of Paris Fashion Week’s biggest. See all the photos from the FROW and show in our gallery above.
