Lori Loughlin's daughter Olivia Jade goes make-up free during covert outing in Hollywood

A make-up free Olivia Jade Giannulli was seen out in Hollywood on Tuesday amid the ongoing college admissions scandal.

The 19-year-old was spotted flanked by body guards while leaving an office building in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli’s daughter has kept a low profile amid a rumored rift with her parents after they were arrested for allegedly paying a $500,000 bribe to get she and her older sister Isabella, 20, into USC.

The former YouTube star was dressed down in an oversized camel toned hooded sweatshirt and white sneakers.

She had her brunette hair parted in the center and pulled back in a low ponytail at the nape of her neck and  appeared makeup free.

Olivia kept to herself while waiting for her car and occupied her time on her phone.

On April 15 her parents filed paperwork revealing their plan to enter pleas of not guilty to charges of money laundering conspiracy and mail fraud in the college admissions scandal.

Multiple sources told DailyMail.com earlier this month that one of Loughlin’s daughters received a target letter from federal prosecutors in Massachusetts earlier this month regarding the Operation Varsity Blues investigation.

That letter informed the embattled University of Southern California student that she was the subject of an investigation which could result in criminal charges.

No students have been charged or arrested at this point in the investigation, but court documents make it clear that some of the youngsters were aware of the illegal actions being carried out in their behalf.

‘It is a not-so-veiled threat,’ said one source who has seen the letter.

‘[The US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts] is making it pretty clear that they have evidence that very strongly suggests she knew of the illegal plot.’

The sources DailyMail.com spoke with only knew about one of the daughters getting a letter, the tone of which was described as ‘ominous.’

Loughlin and Giannulli are each facing up to 40 years in prison following their arrest as a result of Operation Varsity Blues.

They were among the 50 people implicated in a March indictment from the US Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts accusing dozens of parents, coaches and admissions counselors accused of crimes such as falsifying SAT scores and lying about student’s athletic skills.

At the end of March, Olivia and Isabella were spotted out for the first time since the scandal broke.

The pair were seen driving in a Mercedes-Benz through Santa Monica.

Olivia was pictured in the passenger seat of the vehicle. She appeared to cover her face after being spotted by photographers and slouched down to avoid being pictured.

Both Loughlin and Giannulli had to each post a $1 million bond and put their Bel Air home up as collateral after they were charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud earlier this month.

Prior to the scandal, Olivia was believed to be incredibly close with her parents, particularly her actress mother, who appeared in several YouTube videos that were posted to her daughter’s channel.

However, it is thought that the fallout from the scandal has soured that relationship, at least for the moment.

Sources say Olivia had begged her parents to let her focus on her career as a YouTube vlogger and Instagram influencer, but they pushed her to go to school.

Now, after being dropped by major brands, including Sephora and TRESemme, Olivia believes ‘they have ruined everything.’

Loughlin and Gianulli contacted William Rick Singer, the mastermind behind the college bribery scandal, about Olivia and Isabella’s college prospects in 2016.

They allegedly paid $500,000 total in bribes to have their daughters admitted to USC as crew recruits with the help of Singer and USC senior associate athletic director Dr. Donna Heinel.

Isabella received her admission letter the following March. The same exact process was then repeated with Olivia, documents claim.

Problems arose, however, when Olivia’s guidance counselor became curious as to how she managed to receive admission based on her involvement in crew when she didn’t even row.

At the same time, Loughlin complained that her daughter was having difficulty filling out her other college applications, prompting Singer to ask an employee to take care of the task.

This was done so as not to draw attention to the fact that it was already confirmed Olivia had received conditional admission to USC.

On November 2017, Singer emailed Loughlin and Giannulli with an email bearing the subject line ‘CONGRATULATIONS.’  Attached was Olivia’s conditional acceptance letter to USC.

‘This is wonderful news,’ Loughlin responded, adding a high-five emoji.
