Loose Women's Nadia Sawalha talks 'orgasmic birth' as she says she'd do it again

Thursday’s Loose Women saw the ladies discuss ‘orgasmic births’.

Emma Willis was presenting the programme today alongside Nadia Sawalha, Jane Moore and Kaye Adams and talk turned to unusual pregnancy symptoms.

They discussed an array of symptoms not spoken about, from having a bad gag reflex to heartburn.

The television stars then spoke about ‘orgasmic births’, and Nadia admitted experienced that when giving birth to one of her daughters.

Jane remarked: “I had never heard about it until you mentioned it”.

Similar to hypnobirthing, orgasmic birthing is when the lady channels the feeling of a contraction into a positive feeling.

Nadia described it as having a “rush of incredibly sensitive sensations” before she added: “As soon as I had her I wanted to have her again”.

Emma Willis took the presenting reigns today as she guest-anchored the episode.

Earlier this month, the presenting star confessed to suffering an awkward wardrobe blunder during one of the live shows.

Holding up her stylish khaki dress, Nadia stood in the middle of the ITV studio with her stomach and legs on show as she revealed the separate slip part of the dress she hadn’t put on.

Nadia captioned the picture: “Epic wardrobe fail! Loved my dress on @loosewomen today but something felt a bit odd!!

“My god what a wally?!! I hadn’t realised there was a slip!!

“I’ve been in lockdown too long! I can now OFFICIALLY no longer dress myself?!!”

One said: “This just made me spit my tea out laughing.

“Anything would feel a bit funny after almost a year of lockdown clobber though.

“Ha ha I love this…Epic Fail”, wrote another.

Loose Women airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
