Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has taken to social media to show fans that life is not all rock and roll when you’re in the limelight.

The TV personality, 55, posted a snap of herself having trouble getting herself dressed on her Instagram story this morning.

Nadia can been seen standing with her hands on her hips with a cheeky grin on her face in the hilarious post.

The former EastEnders actress told her 210k followers that she was having trouble sorting out her sparkly sheer white blouse.

Nadia seemed to get herself in a muddle with her latest outfit choice and ended up giving her fans a glimpse of her bra.

Alongside the cheeky snap, Nadia penned: “I can’t even dress myself properly now!! Without help!!”

Nadia’s latest social media update comes after co-star Christine Lampard admitted that she is the filthiest Loose Women star.

The ITV daytime panel investigated which star was the filthiest where a scientist swabbed the bags the ladies bags for signs of germs and ranked each bag based on their number of microbial units.

It was revealed on the show that Nadia ranked the highest with a whooping 892 units.

Over on Twitter, viewers were floored by Nadia’s “filthy” bag and recommended she stock up on some sanitiser.

One joked: “Everyone be giving Nadia LARGE pots of sanitiser this year.”

While a second added: “Hygiene monster!”

Nadia is no stranger to baring all on social media as she gaffa taped her own chest

Nadia is planning to make a significant lifestyle change in the new year after being inspired by her older sister Dina and their parents.

The Loose Women panellist revealed that she is planning on going vegan for the first month of 2020 during a discussion on her YouTube channel on Monday.

She told her viewers: “I’m thinking of going vegan for January. It’s quite good because my dad is going to do it, and my mum and my sister Dina, and I think Mark is as well.

“And I think because a lot of us will be doing it – as you know my mum, dad and sister all live next door – so I think it makes life a lot easier.”
