Christian Schaffer is an outdoor adventure and travel photographer who lives full-time on the road. After living in an SUV for a couple of years, she upgraded to a much larger and more comfortable van that serves as her new home. In this 14-minute video, Schaffer gives us a tour of her beautiful house on wheels.
The vehicle is a 2019 Dodge Ram ProMaster 1500 High Roof cargo van that has the design and amenities of a tiny modern home on the inside.
Schaffer says her goal was to make the inside of the van as similar to her last apartment as possible.
“I’m stoked to share what it’s like to live in a van while working as a freelance photographer,” the photographer writes. “My goal here is to inspire you to step outside your comfort zone by sharing my own personal highs and lows along this (sometimes) wild journey.”
