LIVERPOOL are back in Champions League action as they welcome Salzburg in Group E.
Jurgen Klopp’s side got the defence of their title off to the worst possible start as they crashed to a 2-0 defeat away at Napoli in Gameweek 1.
And the Swiss champions will be no pushovers, with Salzburg topping the group after a 6-2 thrashing of Genk.

Kick-off at Anfield is at 8pm.
It’s also the first ever competitive meeting between the two sides.

ADRIAN will continue in goal despite first-choice stopper Alisson nearing full fitness.
Xherdan Shaqiri also remains sidelined with a calf problem and Nathaniel Clyne is a long-term absentee.
Erling Haaland – who netted a hat-trick against Genk – is a doubt for the visitors with illness, but hopes to play.
