Liverpool fans instruct Jurgen Klopp to make key Harry Wilson decision after Wales display

Liverpool supporters are keen for Jurgen Klopp to bring Harry Wilson back to the club from Bournemouth in January.

The Cherries loanee scored for Wales in their 2-0 win over Azerbaijan on Saturday to boost their chances of qualifying for Euro 2020, and his Premier League displays so far this term have not gone unnoticed.

Reds fans have question why the club have been linked with a deal to sign Ryan Fraser when they already have Wilson on the books, who has already scored 29 senior clubs goals in 84 outings.

One fan said: “Think Harry Wilson can play a part this season, recall him in January.”

A second added: “Why not just recall Harry Wilson instead of buying Fraser.”

“Just recall Harry Wilson, what is the point in this,” a third questioned.

A fourth said: “We should recall Harry Wilson back in January. We can’t rely so much of [Xherdan] Shaqiri this season.”

A fifth chipped in: “Just recall harry wilson ffs.”

Liverpool boss Klopp has been given thoughts to the 22-year-old throughout the season, as Wilson revealed earlier this week.

“I get the odd message off the manager,” Wilson said.

“He says he has been watching and after I scored against Manchester City he congratulated me on the goal.”

He added: “It gives you a boost to see that, and it is great he is keeping an eye on me.”

Wilson went on to reveal his two wishes for the season, which are Liverpool to win the Premier League and Wales to qualify for the upcoming European Championships.

He said: “To see Liverpool win the Premier League would be fantastic being a Liverpool fan. But to get to the Euros with Wales would be just as special.”
