But – as we can see from her latest look and all those that came before it – Lily-Rose does have some rules when it comes to picking her denim.
Firstly, they’re always a light wash. The French-American actress has a penchant for keeping her denim on the paler side, no matter the colour palette she teams them with: a pastel floral leotard in the early LA spring or a padded jacket for an outing in sub-zero New York.
The fit she opts for is not chosen by accident. Lending itself well to her petite frame, there’s a total vintage appeal in the classic silhouette. A high-rise waist and legs that fall straight give a nod to the denim her dad was popularising in the ’90s.
The biggest change-up she makes? A rip for summer. Daring.
