Rapper Lil Baby’s concert abruptly ended when gunfire was heard ‘during an altercation’.

The 25-year-old was performing at the Bill Harris Arena in West Birmingham, Alabama when the crowd scrambled away upon hearing gunshots.

In a video shared by TMZ, the audience can be seen enjoying the performance before a loud bang can be heard, followed by screaming and running.

One person was reportedly shot during the altercation and has been taken to UAB Hospital for treatment.

It is still unknown what started the fight which led to gunshots.

Lil Baby – real name Dominique Armani Jones – was recently dubbed by The New York Times as Rap’s Most Reluctant star.

The Drip Too Hard rapper apparently performed three songs before the shooting and was not injured.

He has yet to release a statement on the incident, but posted a photo of himself in a convenience store wearing the same outfit as he did at the concert.

‘Blogs Post Anything For A Click,’ he wrote, seemingly referring to the altercation. ‘S**t Lame Get Off A Young N**** D**k #myturn.’

No arrests have been made so far.
