Learn the art of entertaining with Anna Barnett at an intimate supper club

Chef and writer Anna Barnett will host an intimate Evening Standard Insider supper club at the Bourne & Hollingsworth Garden Room on March 27.

In the first of our events series centred on improving your home and lifestyle, Anna will be interviewed by the Evening Standard’s Executive Digital Editor and design columnist Amira Hashish on the art of entertaining at home.

This will be followed by a dinner with a menu curated by Anna so attendees can experience her creative approach to dining first-hand.

Taking place in Charing Cross at the new Bourne & Hollingsworth rooftop bar, restaurant and cafe, the picturesque setting has panoramic views of London.

The evening will kick off with a drinks reception at 6.30pm. Anna and Amira will be at hand all night to offer guests advice on creating the ultimate dinner party and making your space work for your lifestyle.

The event will be held at Bourne & Hollingsworth’s Garden Room in Charing Cross

Anna cut her culinary teeth cooking for dozens of friends during her time living in an East London warehouse. Her first book, Eat the Week, served up an inventive approach to weekly cooking and she is a regular columnist for the Evening Standard online. She is also a skilled host whose pop-up events have become something of a must for London foodies.

In addition to her role as Executive Digital Editor at the Evening Standard, Amira is a weekly Homes & Property columnist for the newspaper and a regular TV design expert. She launched her own furniture collection with bed makers to the royals Hypnos and is a host of The Interior Design Lounge for Soho House.
