IT is the big meal of the year – so you will want your table to look a real cracker for Christmas dinner.
Here are some great ideas — and savings — to help you create a showpiece spread.
BASE LAYER: First, you will need a tablecloth or runner, or maybe even both.

GLITZ AND GLAM: Adding some sparkle to your table could not be easier.

Make sure the pine cones are dried out before you glitz them up, then drop them into the jars or simply place them around your table.

CENTREPIECE: You cannot go wrong with a few candles on display.
Dunelm has a lovely berry candle centrepiece for £15, but why not make a centrepiece yourself?
You will need a tiered cake stand (£4.99, B&M), plenty of leftover baubles of different sizes, a few sprigs of holly and string lights (£2.99, The Range).
Put the baubles on the tiered stand with the sprigs of holly, then wrap the lights around and you will have your very own festive centerpiece. SAVE: £7.02
CHRISTMAS ESSENTIALS: You must not forget the basics.
