Law firm Miller Hendry names senior associates among promotions



Tayside law firm Miller Hendry has announced three promotions – Mhairi Cage and Julie Darroch to senior associate and Lindsay Kirkwood to senior solicitor.

University of Glasgow graduate Cage joined the firm as a trainee in 2010 in the private client department after completing her Diploma at the University of Dundee. She now works in the Perth office dealing with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Guardianships, Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts and Charities.

Darroch, who is the third generation of her family to work for Miller Hendry, practised in Edinburgh before joining the firm in 2014. Based in Crieff, she specialises in all aspects of residential property work including conveyancing, Title Disputes and sale and purchase of property.

University of Glasgow graduate Kirkwood joined as a trainee in 2015 in the private client department, qualifying as a solicitor in 2017. Having achieved the STEP Diploma in Trust and Estates (Scotland), the Dundee-based lawyer is a recognised expert in family inheritance and succession planning.
