Laurence Fox: ‘What I would give…’ Celebrity Gogglebox star drools over Nigella Lawson

Laurence Fox, 41, was seen sitting next to his cousin, Emilia Fox, 44, on tonight’s episode of Celebrity Gogglebox.

At the beginning of the episode, the famous relatives were tasked with watching BBC show Nigella: At My Table.

As they began to get settled into the cookery show, Emilia asked Laurence whether he fancies the 59-year-old chef, to which he nodded.

“I could listen to her all day,” Laurence gushed.

“Do you want to share her sandwich with her?” Emilia asked.

The actor replied: “I want to do the spaghetti game with her.”

As Nigella displayed a new chicken recipe, Laurence couldn’t believe what was going on.

“She’s now putting on a pair of rubber gloves!” He exclaimed.

To add to the dish, Nigella revealed she was going to team it with Vitelotte purple potatoes.

“What I would give to be that potato,” he pondered.

Laurence wasn’t the only one to gush over the star as Chris Eubank also revealed his admiration for Nigella.

Meanwhile, Laurence was previously married to Billie Piper, 36, for eight years until they divorced in 2016.

The couple, who share children Winston, nine, and Eugene, seven, were granted a decree nisi on the grounds the marriage had “irretrievably broken down”.

Laurence opened up about their split months later in 2016 where he admitted it “derailed” him.

The father-of-two revealed his parents have remained married for more than 40 years, which had an impact on his view of marriage.

“Let’s get married and stay married forever,” he reflected to The Mirror at the time.

“That’s what I grew up watching, so this has derailed me.”

Billie has been in a relationship with Johnny Lloyd for two years and earlier this year, the couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter Tallulah.

Laurence is thought to be single after splitting from his girlfriend, Lilah Parsons, last year, following 10 months of dating.

Celebrity Gogglebox continues next Friday on Channel 4 at 9pm.
