Lauren Goodger is back home after being taken to hospital for a mystery illness on Boxing Day.
The Towie veteran shared updates on her health scare on her Instagram Stories, initially saying: ‘Never drink again… worst hangover to date I feel like I’m dying.’
She later shared photographs of herself from the back of an ambulance, writing: ‘Under a lot of stress lately had paramedics at mine now on way to hospital.. really not good way lately.. I need a break.’
Today, a rep for Lauren confirmed that Lauren is now home and recuperating.
‘Lauren is out of hospital and resting,’ they told MailOnline.
‘She will talk about what’s happened when she feels ready to.’
We hope she’s ok.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant also shared a meme yesterday, which read: ‘The mind and body are not separate. What affects one affects the other.’
The trip to hospital caps a dramatic month for former Dancing On Ice star Lauren after she was recently forced to defend herself after she was caught on camera agreeing to sell a fake drink that contained lethal poison cyanide.
Later addressing the controversy, which was part of BBC3 documentary Blindboy Undestroys the World, Lauren said she had no idea what was in the product.
In a statement issued to Metro.co.uk, she said: ‘I was asked to read a script which I did to screen test me for the job. This script was given to me at that precise moment. No deals were signed and it was an audition.
‘As with any audition you people please and say what they want to hear. They asked me would I promote the drink without using it. In the heat of the moment I said yes and also said I hadn’t tried skinny coffee in the hope of getting the job.
‘Of course I would never promote anything that contains poison and proper checks would have been made before any promotion.’
