Lauren Goodger is planning spray tan and getting her hair done for glam selfies during ‘spiritual birth’ of baby girl

Lauren Goodger is getting a spray tan to make sure she looks fly at all times as she prepares to welcome her baby girl with boyfriend Charles Drury.

The former Towie star plans on snapping plenty of selfies when she has her water birth, and felt a makeover was in order.

Along with the spray tan, the 34-year-old wants to get a new hairstyle, light candles and have a masseuse on hand to keep her calm and make it a ‘spiritual’ experience.

She revealed to OK! magazine: ‘I’m going to be here with relaxing music on, the lights down and just fairy lights and candles around me.

‘It’s going to be very much a spiritual birth. And I’m planning to get some selfies during labour, so of course I’m getting a spray tan and my hair done ready for it.

‘I also want a masseuse there if I can! It sounds crazy, but it’s going to be amazing.’

The TV star confessed she hasn’t missed drinking since giving it up after falling pregnant, and thinks she used to use alcohol as ‘a confidence thing’.

‘I don’t miss the hangovers either,’ she said, ‘I wake up and feel good and I feel more powerful for it.’

The mum-to-be had a health scare in March and was taken to hospital after not being able to feel her baby move and feeling poorly herself. However Lauren and her baby seem to be on right track now.
