Lady Gaga may have had a horrific fall from stage this week, but she didn’t let the pain stop her from going to her friend’s bachelorette party – and we’re totally here for her dedication.

The singer – real name Stefani Germanotta – was left battered and bruised after a fan who she invited on stage with her fell off the stage while carrying her.

Despite needing pretty much her whole body X-rayed, Gaga put her injuries to one side as she got dolled up for her friend’s hen do.

She told her followers: ‘’I might be in a lot of pain but I couldn’t miss my best friend’s bachelorette dinner. I [love] you @sarahtannomakeup.’

Sharing another photo of her with the bride-to-be, Gaga, 33, captioned it: ‘An about to be married woman and me, a single lady.’

Footage emerged this week of the accident at Gaga’s first show back on her Enigma residency in Las Vegas, which saw her tumble off the stage, with the fan landing on top of her in the pit in front of the stage.

While she carried on with the show, she no doubt felt pretty battered after the fall, as she later revealed she had had extensive X-rays to check she hadn’t broken anything.

She posted an X-ray slide of her hand holding up the ‘ok’ sign, writing: ‘When they have to X-Ray almost your entire body…Just Dance. Gonna be ok’.

As well as getting check out at the hospital, Gaga also tried to heal herself with an ice bath and compression treatment, telling fans: ‘Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20. #rocknroll’.

Here’s hoping she’s feeling better soon – there are a lot of shows left to come!
