Ms Brabin, 58, hit back at her trolls by auctioning off the frock for the Girlguiding charity on eBay.

Bids had soared to over £11,000 within a day of the Batley and Spen MP posting it online.

Tweeting a link to it, she said: “Sold out on ASOS! Buy the dress that’s been front page news.

“Support Girlguiding in their brilliant work inspiring young girls to become future leaders.”

Cruel trolls had hurled online abuse at the MP for daring to wear the off the shoulder dress at the despatch box in the House of Commons.

Ms Brabin slammed the “everyday sexism” she said was behind the furore.

Hitting back at her critics online, she stormed: “Sorry I don’t have time to reply to all of you commenting on this but I can confirm I’m not….

“A s**g, Hungover, A tart, About to breastfeed, A slapper, Drunk, Just been banged over a wheelie bin.

“Who knew people could get so emotional over a shoulder.”
