It’s been a dramatic week on the cobbles as Corrie fave Rana Habeeb died in her fiance Kate Connor’s arms after the roof of the Underworld factory caved in.

Gareth Gates, who is engaged to actress Faye Brookes who plays Kate, accidentally revealed Rana’s death before it was shown.

When asked about the incident, Kym said: “I feel sorry for him because he was just excited to praise Faye’s performance, although I understand this upset fans who were watching.

“We’ve all had slip-ups on social media though, it’s easily done!”
