Kylie Jenner has reportedly filed legal documents to have a company’s ‘Stormi Couture’ trademark nullified.

The mum-of-one, 22, believes that Business Moves Consulting snapped up the trademark in bad faith, following the birth of her daughter Stormi Webster, now two, in 2018.

According to TMZ, BMC filed to trademark ‘Stormi Couture’ a month after Kylie’s little girl was born.

Kylie had tried to apply for her own Stormi trademarks, including StormiWorld after her daughter’s first birthday party, but was instead hit with a lawsuit from BMC claiming it was too similar to their already registered Stormi Couture trademark.

Now she’s calling for BMC’s Stormi trademark to be cancelled and arguing that the company put it through in order to ‘capitalise’ on her daughter’s name.

Kylie’s team reportedly state in the documents filed: ‘The Stormi name is well known, and uniquely and unmistakably is associated with Stormi Webster.’

She argues that Stormi has ‘achieved fame in her own right’ and her StormiWorld birthday parties have been covered by big media outlets including Vogue.

To help her case. Kylie is accusing of BMC of having a history of filing trademarks in bad faith, as DJ Khaled previously sued the company in 2018 over their Asahd Couture trademark.

Khaled accused BMC of ripping off his son Asahd’s name for their own benefit.

Despite splitting after three years of dating, Kylie and Travis have been co-parenting Stormi and are said to be in a ‘good place’.

A source told E! News: ‘Things are good between Kylie and Travis. They are co-parenting and in a groove.

‘They love being a family together and watching Stormi who constantly amazes them and make them laugh. They love their little family life together.’
